System-Generated Metadata: Technical logs, diagnostic metrics, and object detection parameters generated during the operation of our AI tools.

To provide AI-driven safety analytics and real-time automated monitoring.
To facilitate customer support and respond to technical inquiries.
To investigate or prevent fraud or violations of our End-User License Agreement (EULA).
Note on AI Optimization: You acknowledge that system-generated metadata (excluding raw identifiable video/images) may be used to train and improve our AI models. We utilize anonymized data sets to enhance system accuracy and performance for all users.
5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF DATA
To provide global services, we may store or process your data outside of your home country, including in the United States, Singapore, and other secure cloud regions. We take all necessary steps to ensure that any international transfer receives a standard of protection comparable to the requirements of the PDPA and international best practices.
6. DATA SECURITY
We deploy industry-standard technical and organizational security arrangements to prevent unauthorized access. However, as no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security against sophisticated malicious attacks beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the following rights regarding your Personal Data:
Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw consent for data processing at any time, though this may limit your access to certain Platform features.
Access & Correction: You may request to view or correct any inaccurate personal data in our possession.
Erasure: You may request the deletion of your account data when it is no longer required for legal or business purposes.
8. RETENTION
We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by governing laws. Once no longer needed, data will be permanently removed or anonymized.
9. INDEMNITY
As our AI applications rely on data or video feeds provided by you, you agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or legal costs arising out of a breach of local privacy laws or third-party rights caused by the specific nature of the content or environment you provide.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including data breaches resulting from User’s failure to secure their own credentials.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. For services provided through our Singapore branch, relevant provisions of the PDPA shall apply. Any disputes shall first be sought for resolution through good-faith negotiations or mediation. Should mediation fail, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Company’s registered location.
